The pageant, which is the ninth Igbo World Competition of Arts organised by CISA, will probably be hosted on the Frontier Cultural Museum Igbo West Africa Village, Staunton Virginia, USA, the organisers stated in a launch signed by Chief Mathias Mgbeafulu, CISA’s director of media and publicity.
