Bandits have killed eleven folks in Dangulbi neighborhood, Maru Native Authorities Space of Zamfara State.
It was gathered that the bandits loyal to a infamous kingpin Damina, invaded numerous farms locally on Sunday afternoon, July 10, killing 11, with a number of others unaccounted for.
Spokesperson for the Zamfara State Police Command, Mohammed Shehu,who confirmed the casualty determine to Channels Tv on Monday morning, said that the police authorities have since deployed a reinforcement staff to the realm to revive calm and normalcy locally.

In the meantime, locals who spoke to Channels TV lamented that Dangulbi and surrounding communities have been experiencing a collection of assaults by bandits in the previous few days.
Saifullahi Ibrahim, a resident of Maru LGA, stated the infamous bandit demanded a sum of N2million levy from the neighborhood as a way to enable them to domesticate their farmland within the wet season, including that the folks did as requested.
“The wave of assaults on our communities began about three days in the past when a bandit kingpin referred to as Damina requested our folks to pay N2 million to him to permit them to domesticate their lands,” he narrated.
In line with Ibrahim, Kango which is one other village nearly 2km away from Dangulbi was attacked final Friday and 7 individuals have been reportedly killed.
“He (Damina) attacked Kango village, a 2km settlement away from Dangulbi, and killed seven folks. Then yesterday (Sunday), within the afternoon, he proceeded to Dangulbi environs when folks have been on their farms working. They (the terrorists) rounded them up and 14 folks have been confirmed killed on their numerous farms and a few (individuals) are lacking.”
The resident recognized among the victims as Lawali Yusuf, Basiru Bakwai, Murtala, Ashiru Suleman, Dayyabu Adamu, Sufiyanu Sani, and Kamalu Sani, amongst others
