On Tuesday, Twitter sued Musk in Chancery Courtroom in Delaware to push the Tesla CEO to observe via with the acquisition settlement.

Twitter is being represented by William Savitt, a lawyer at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. The authorized agency is thought for its techniques to guard corporations from hostile patrons and the mind behind the poison tablet that Twitter used to defend itself towards Mr Musk’s hostile buyout.
